Growing People Growing People uses horticultural therapy to support people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health in North Herts.

Sessions take place in our beautiful orchard garden and are led by qualified horticultural therapists. Our aim is to use the healing nature of gardens to support you on your journey to recovery. You can self-refer to our service, or be referred by a support worker or other service provider. We welcome anyone who wants to improve their mental health, so there's no need for previous gardening experi

ence! We run four half-day horticultural therapy sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays, and if you are interested in joining us, please do get in touch.
