E10cooks is a cookery school based in East London and is run by me, Juan Alfonzo, trained restaurant chef and qualified lecturer. I have been happily cooking for as long as I can remember and hope to inspire you, your friends, family and colleagues to also have fun with food. We are currently offering pasta making lessons that cater to all levels for four students at a time in a comfortable and sp

acious setting. At e10cooks you'll get expert advice combined with the best ingredients so come and learn something new, and have fun while you're at it.
