ing about the secret techniques of making the best sushi. She was a keen learner and soon, she was able to prepare sushi from scratch. After receiving training in 2007, she opened her sushi bar, which operated for over a year. Later that year Agnieszka’s family situation had changed and they decided to move to the UK. She’s been moving houses several times, but finally, in 2014 she settled down in Lincoln. The journey was not only from one country to another country but also from county to county. During all that time her passion for making sushi was thriving, despite the adverse circumstances.
