Guinness infused Colombian beans and then some Bushmills Irish Whiskey Black Bush infused Colombian beans.
Roasted and now degassing for 3 days or so before the taste test!

The next experiment!
Colombian supremo green beans infused with Bushmills Irish Whiskey Black Bush and another batch infused with Guinness
These will infuse for a week then be roasted to between medium and dark with both (hopefully) resulting in distinctively Irish flavoured freshly roasted coffee.

Not sure how this experiment is going to pan out.
I'm hoping the fruitiness and boldness of this whiskey compliment the bright acidity and sweetness of the Columbian Supremo coffee.
The green beans have been infusing in whiskey for 2 weeks. The roast took a fair bit longer than normal but the smell was divine.
