Hi everyone, Monday is another May bank holiday, why not pop into our social cafe at Resurgam 3D youth centre in Old Warren.

11am to 1pm
Free tea/coffee and treats

We are also going to have a game of bingo and have some prizes to be won.

Do you have a bit of spare time and a driving licence? We’re looking for volunteer drivers for our Community Fridge project – and you could make such a big difference right here where we live 💛

Our mission is simple: stop good food from going to waste and get it to families and individuals who could do with a little extra support. It’s such a meaningful way to give back, and the best part? You get to choose hours that suit you – no rigid schedules, just help when you can.

By joining us, you’ll be doing something brilliant:
✅ Cutting down on food waste and helping the planet
✅ Being part of something that brings our neighbourhood closer
✅ Making life a little easier for people going through tough times

It doesn’t take much, but it means everything to those we help. If you’ve ever wanted to volunteer but weren’t sure where to start – this is it!

A special thank you to euro spar for their generous donation to our community mayday cafe. It’s the donations like this that help us to make our events so good we couldn’t do what we do without the support of local businesses. A special mention to our wee bingo caller Charlie who did an amazing job. Thank you to our amazing team of volunteers who give their time week after week to run these events and run the community fridge.
