DETOX FEEDBACK BY LOUISE...
Having felt a bit sluggish the last month or two, I thought I would give Science Juice detox drinks a go which are sold at my local gym. After 3 weeks, I felt rejuvenated, healthier and I'd even lost a few pounds! The drinks are delicious and I found they curbed my constant craving for sweet stuff. Definitely worth a go! Louise

21 day detox ordered this evening. Please send me a message if your interested. It’s not your normal detox which is unethical, non-sustainable and unachievable. My programme is x3 smoothies per day and you half your portion sizes whilst consume fruit, veg and water in vast quantities. It’s not as radical as a normal detox diet but does it gradually and therefore you can sustain the loss whilst being happy👍

DETOX!!!As a newly recovering alcoholic, I sat with Paul of Science Juice and he suggested it might be a good idea to do a 7 day Science Juice Detox. I was keen on the idea as I have researched a lot about nutrition aiding in the healing and recovery of alcoholics. After my 7 days with 3 juices and a healthy greens and lean protein filled dinner I feel I have more energy, I am clearer of mind and sleep far better than I have in months!
I highly suggest it for anyone looking to create a healthier body and mind.

Adam recently completed a short detox programme...read what he thought below...

Snacking is my biggest issue, particularly when working from home and these often are not the healthiest.

The Science Juice programme has helped me tremendously in terms of managing my calorie intake, ensuring I'm not snacking throughout the day and importantly helping to ensure I'm getting good nutrients and vitamins in. Overall I'm feeling healthier, less bloated and energised.

Hi my name is Pooja Saini and I am 43 years old. I’ve been aiming to improve my diet and reduce my portion sizes and decided to start the Science Juice 21 day detox that is based at my local gym (Sports Direct). I’ve loved all of the drinks and have managed to lose 5lbs despite getting covid and not being able to workout! My portion sizes have reduced and my snacks are much healthier than they used to be. Now that I’m getting back to exercising I’m looking forward to a new healthier balanced lifestyle!
