I will attempt to produce your order to the specifications in the designs chosen and shown on pictures, however sometimes due to availability this can alter. Candy Bar Hire
A £25 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your date and the outstanding balance is due 1 week prior to your event. I also require a breakage/damage deposit of £50 with the final balance and this will be refunded in full within 1 week of the event if no breakages or damage caused or loss to my property. Candy Bar:
Candy Bar Hire & Table Hire, with a selection of 8 glass ware jars or 8 Victorian jars (Plastic), tongs/scoops included. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, under no circumstances is the Candy Bar is moved during your function. Children need to be supervised around the Candy Bar at all times to avoid any injury to themselves. Under no circumstances should drinks or vases of flowers be placed on the Candy Bar. As the Candy Bar is made of a porous material, if liquid were to spill, it would result in a lot of damage. If using your own decorations please do not use any pins, glue, sellotape etc. Any damage incurred through using unsuitable materials will result in loss of breakage deposit and may incur further charges. Allergies and Health & Safety:
Please be advised that Sweets & Cake Pops & equipment may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Fiz Bomb Sweet Unique cannot be deemed liable should any guests at your function take an allergic reaction to any sweets provided at your event. For any issues resulting from any food allergies. Customers should ensure that Guests & young children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation or choking from plastic sweet wrappers or plastic bags. Fiz Bomb Sweet Unique cannot be held responsible for safety issues, Injuries, which occur from the use of the equipment or consumption of confectionery at your event. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their guests. Children:
Children should be supervised when choosing sweeties as not all the sweets may be suitable for smaller guests and may pose a possible choking hazard. It is important that children are not allowed to play on or around the cart as this may lead to damage to the cart and equipment. Fiz Bomb Sweet Unique cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of any equipment, consumables or the consumption of any confectionery left with you at the event location. Promotional Material:
Fiz Sweet Bomb Unique have permission to take photographs of the Confectionary & Candy Bar at your event and use them for promotional purposes. If you are not happy with this, please let us know before your event takes place. Acceptance of Terms:
Within your booking form you will be asked to sign to say you have read a copy of these terms and conditions. If you choose to sign your form, this will be determined that you have agreed to all terms stated above. Cancellation Charges
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
Within 4 weeks of the event - 50% of total cost
Within 2 weeks of the event - 100% of the total cost
The £25 secure booking non refundable
The £50 breakage deposit will be fully refunded
