It may be a gloomy, rain-soaked Friday outside, but inside we’re bringing a little Mexican sunshine to the weekend with our next wonder: ChichĆ©n ItzĆ”.

Bright, refreshing, and packed with personality, this vibrant serve combines El Tequileño Tequila Blanco Tequila, Ancho Reyes , Lime, Ms. Better’s Bitters Watermelon Syrup, Cactus & Lime sorbet, Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon Soda, Lime Sherbet, and a TajĆ­n finish for the perfect balance of sweet, citrus, spice, and freshness.

Inspired by one of the most iconic wonders of the ancient world, ChichĆ©n ItzĆ” is bold, colourful, and impossible to ignore. Every sip delivers a burst of juicy watermelon, crisp cucumber, zesty lime, and warming spice — exactly what a Friday calls for.

So while the weather might be doing its best to keep summer away, we’re serving sunshine by the glass.

Stop V: The Taj Mahal šŸŒ™

A monument to devotion, beauty, and timeless craftsmanship, The Taj Mahal is perhaps the most enchanting wonder of them all. Our tribute is a cocktail that demands patience, precision, and artistry at every stage of its creation.

Before it reaches the bar, this serve undergoes a meticulous clarification process, transforming a rich blend of Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka, Ginger of the Indies Liqueur, Piment d’Espelette Liqueur, roasted coconut water, and coconut cream into a crystal-clear masterpiece.

But the journey doesn’t end there.

At its heart sits a sphere of frozen roasted coconut water, slowly melting to reveal new layers of flavour with every sip. The cocktail is then delicately smoked with coconut and cumin seed, creating an aromatic veil that lingers long after the first taste.

Presented beneath an illuminated moon dome, swirling with fragrant smoke, The Taj Mahal arrives at the table like a scene from a dream — mysterious, elegant, and unforgettable.
