Tomorrow in the The Artisan's Pantry we'll have the usual popular favourites along with a bit of retro. A blast from the past ...a wonderful Black Forest Gateau!
And a recipe I came across many years ago in Rome for some fantastic little gems know as "Arancini". A fabulous risotto base rolled into a ball with mozzarella cheese in the centre then deep Fried in breadcrumbs! These are amazing! and on this weeks pre order menu:-

Arancini 3 for £4
Scotch Egg with Curry Mayo £3
Chicken Chilli Wrap £4.90
Artisan's Quarter Pound Burger £7.90
"Po Boys" King Prawn Louisianna baguette £7.90

As well as the usual favourites, coming up this week in the Pantry:- A Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade, a slice is just enough to give yourself a treat!
PLUS, on the pre order menu, A dish from Louisianna know as "Po Boys". King Prawns dipped in a tasty handcrafted Artisan's Mayonnaise then coated in breadcrumbs and deep Fried. Served on crisp lettuce with more Mayonnaise, all inside a lightly toasted baguette. They are just wonderful. Please order either the day before or before 9 am on the day.
