I had the pleasure of making this Jellycat themed birthday cake, and seeing it surrounded by her incredible Jellycat collection just makes it even better! 🧸🍒🎀

I absolutely LOVE when you send me photos of my cakes being enjoyed — it honestly makes all the late nights, buttercream and washing up worth it. 😂❤️

Wednesdays are a bit hit or miss for the Cake Shed — which I totally understand, everyone’s back into the school/work routine! 😂

BUT… I do have some lovely regulars who come every Wednesday or every second Wednesday, and I don’t want to take that away. ❤️

So I’m thinking… instead of a huge Wednesday menu, what if I just stocked a smaller selection of your absolute FAVOURITES? 👀🍪🍫

I use really good-quality ingredients and chocolate, so I genuinely hate seeing anything go to waste. And I’m also VERY big on freshness. Everything in my shed is baked the night before or the morning of opening. 🤍

Technically I could carry Wednesday’s bakes over to Friday… but I don’t want to. I want you to know that when you buy from my shed, you’re getting fresh bakes that I’m proud to sell you. 🥰

So maybe SMALL BUT MIGHTY WEDNESDAYS are the answer?! 😂🙌
