We’re open today and the kettles are singing away nicely ☕🍰

A quick heads-up for visitors: the car park is currently very full due to activity at the bowls club next door. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while things are a little busier than usual.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of preparing a beautiful Afternoon Tea for a wonderful mummy-to-be celebrating her baby shower at her own home 💕 From delicate finger sandwiches to freshly baked treats, every detail was crafted with care to make the day extra special.

Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday, or any gathering worth celebrating, Chalybeate Tea Room offers outside catering to make your occasion effortlessly elegant.

⚠️ Temporary Closure Notice ⚠️
Due to the recent freak weather (when the skies clearly forgot their off switch 🌧️), Chalybeate Tea Room has unfortunately experienced flooding and will need to close temporarily.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding while we mop up and get everything back in order.

All being well, we’re hoping to reopen on Wednesday ☕✨

Great to finally have the marquee down and our beautiful outdoor space back at the Chalybeate Tea Room ♟️🌿

The chess board is ready, the fresh air is calling, and we’re all set for sunny days ahead. Perfect spot to relax, play, and enjoy the summer months together ☀️

We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am – 4pm. Come and make the most of it!
