Its also the smallest pot I’ve ever turned! Might have to make a little run of these, if my eyes can cope with turning something so small over and over.

Festival plans went a tad awry last weekend, but it did give me the chance to get cracking on a few bits and pieces, including these handmade drop spindles.

For anyone who doesn't know, they're one of the oldest tools around, used for turning raw fibres like wool into yarn, and they've been used for thousands of years.

My darling wife, however, is convinced they're just door k***s on a stick....

Super happy to announce that my stuff will soon be available to buy from ty_awen_tattoo , an absolutely gorgeous tattoo and art studio in Crossgates, run by a seriously lovely soul who’s doing something really important for local artists and crafters.

They’ve got their official mini opening tomorrow, so you’ll be able to pop in, have a nose around and check out some of my work, along with some awesome pieces by the owner herself and some other very talented local folk.

Little projects like this are so important. Giving small businesses, artists and makers a place to show what they do and actually get their work out there makes such a difference.

So please go and show her some love and support the studio her artwork/ tattoo work is exceptional. It’s beautiful inside and there’s some really lovely stuff in there already.

Go have a nose you dont even have to buy anything exposure is key for us all!

Suppose it’s about time I actually showed you a few things I’ve been making recently.

This is far from the extent of what I’ve been up to, but why on earth would I take pictures of the other things to actually promote my own business? No, that would be far too sensible.

So here’s a few bits I remembered to photograph before they disappear into the world. All handmade, all made from wood from our own woodland, and all made with a stupid amount of time and love.

Yes yes i know more bloody morris sh*t.... I did have alot of fun making these though can't wait to make some more!

Good news! Our new badges are now in and will be available to buy from tomorrow.

They're made from the very same hazel as our dancing sticks, Lovingly made by Talking Trees Orchard so you can take home a little piece of the memory of us lot frolicking around.

Just find someone looking particularly awesome and they'll point you in the right direction!

Contrary to rumours, we're still alive and kicking!

It's been a little quiet around here because life has been keeping us busy in the best possible ways. We've been working away behind the scenes, and we're finally getting close to sharing some exciting new things with you.

For now, we're enjoying our Solstice celebrations and embracing the longest days of the year. How have you been celebrating the Solstice? This is how we've done it!

One of the Highlights of the year so far!

WOW I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing group of people. Who most have gone from zero morris experience to a seriously solid bunch of dancers in such a short space of time. They should all be so proud of yourselves.

Yesterday was the first time seeing us all in kit, apart from our musicians, dressed in the colours of the Powys flag and we look f**king awesome.

But there is always room for more, so if you want to look this awesome, get in touch!

Yes I know I haven't posted in a while I'm sh*t, I simply hate social media but I think that's okay...

Anyway while the wheel of the year has been turning so has the lathe. It's been a busy time recently with plenty of making going on.
