We’re officially Great Taste Award winners! 🏆 We’re incredibly proud that both our Plant-Based Mozzarella and Stracciatella have received Great Taste Awards 2026, making us the only UK vegan mozzarella producer to win a Great Taste Award, with the highest-rated stracciatella in the UK, plant-based or not. 💚

As a small family business, this recognition means the world to us. Great Taste Guild of Fine Food is one of the world’s most respected food awards, with every product judged completely blind by industry experts. Having both products recognised is an incredible honour.

What began with our street food and restaurants has grown into something we once only dreamed of: becoming award winning artisan ingredient producers.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way, including our customers, chefs, stockists and everyone who has believed in what we’re building. We truly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

If you’re craving that cheesy pizza fix, purezza has to be one of your first stops in London! Not only is it an award-winning, fully vegan pizzeria that’s been doing the thing for years, but they also use our super creamy, melty Casadei Foods mozzarella… and yes, it hits exactly like that 😮‍💨 Our go-to order is a Parmigiana Party + cheesy potatoes (non-negotiable). And obviously we’re finishing with tiramisu + coffee.

Where it all started, our tiny pizza shack at back in 2019. We started out making pizzas, and naturally ended up creating our own mozzarella because we couldn’t find anything on the market with the melt, stretch, and flavour we were looking for.

Fast forward to today: we’re supplying 200+ establishments across the UK and are now in talks to expand across Europe.

Still 100% independent. Still obsessed with great food. Still just getting started. 🚀🍕
