Part Two - Fish and Seafood has always been part of my life - but this is what those memories taste like now. 🌶️

Mexican prawn cocktail with North Atlantic prawns, habanero hot sauce, Mutti ketchup, cucumber, avocado & white onion, served ice cold over Cool Chile corn tortillas.

Pan con tomate topped with Sea Sisters sardines in chilli oil.

Dressed crab layered with chipotle brown crab meat, avocado, cucumber, sweet white crab meat, fresh lime & crispy Thai shallots.

Finished with a tarragon potato salad made with All Dressed Up Everyday House Dressing, Japanese mayonnaise, celery & spring onions.

Cold, fresh, spicy and full of flavour.
