The 40 year old is described as "a peerless single malt wh**ky that has slowly matured over four extraordinary decades under the watchful eye of generations of wh**ky makers, until it has reached this perfect moment of maturation.” It is being presented by Macallan Master Wh**ky Maker Kirsteen Campbell and was laid down decades ago in The Macallan’s “hand-picked oak casks”. Tasting notes describe its colour as “Antique Gold”.

The wh**ky maker Steven Bremner has taken inspiration from the Arabica coffee and developed a wh**ky aged in both European and American oak casks which delivers notes reminiscent of a divinely sweet yet strong espresso
Matured in ex-sherry casks, this special-release wh**ky offers aromas of tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, vanilla and oak that fill the nose

William Larue Weller Straight Bourbon 2020 Release

Made using a mashbill of Kentucky corn and North Dakota wheat and malted barley, this wh***ey was distilled in the winter of 2008 and matured for 12 years and 6 months. Bottled at natural barrel proof of 134.5 proof (67.25% abv).

Lagavulin 11 Year Old Offerman Edition
This is the Offerman Edition. a tribute to the actor Nick Offerman, who's Ron Swanson character in the sitcom Parks & Recreation is a champion of the distillery.
Offerman is also a boatbuilder and woodcrafter in his spare time, and this Lagavulin has been matured in refilled and rejuvenated American white oak casks as a reflection of this other key passion.
