Festoon lights add a touch of cosy in my garden. I've also recently added 2 flamingo trees. I can't wait for them to bloom. There's more to do in my garden, more spaces to create beauty.

We revamped our front yard this weekend and here's my takeaway:

1. We shopped for plants and tools from B&Q and they cost at least an average person's weekly wage.
2. It was quite hard with children running around.
3. It's hard to finish it in one day. 2 days at least is needed.
4. But oh my gosh, I love how it looks.
5. We still need to put white marble pebbles and complete the edging.

Overall, happy with our weekend project.

Mozzarella Chicken Fritters

This recipe is so easy to make, you will only need a few ingredients but it's packed with flavour.

Recipe:
1. Combine in a mixing bowl 2 cubed breast chicken, 1 shredded carrots, 1 tbsp. chopped dill, 1 to 2 eggs, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

2. Heat a skillet in medium high, add 2 tbsps. olive oil or any oil, then start frying.
