We’ve turned your favourite Basque cheesecake into gelato… and it’s launching TODAY 🤍

Feast your eyes on a brand new collaboration with , where we're taking our Classic Basque and reworking it into a creamy gelato with chunks of frozen cheesecake in every scoop. It’s everything you love, just colder, softer, and made for this time of year.

You can find it from today at Bertotti's Hammersmith store, at a month-long pop-up in Kingly Court, and later at FUME Festival (11–14 June) and Taste of London (17–21 June). Don’t miss it 🍦
