Last week we worked on a Bake Off inspired menu for a charity bake sale supporting PAH NICU unit 🧁🤍

Naturally, when asked to create drinks inspired by our favourite bakes I had to figure out how to turn my favourite dessert Sticky Toffee Pudding into a matcha.

It turned out SO good

We LOVE creating bespoke themed menus, and this epic Alice in Wonderland first birthday was such a fun one to work on 🫖

For the drinks, we focused on purple, pink, white & red, creating a menu inspired by the characters and magic of wonderland ✨

🐛 Caterpillar’s Cloud · blueberry milk + fluffy matcha cold foam
❤️ Queen of Hearts · raspberry lemonade + lemon cold foam
🌸 Aliya’s Garden Bloom · lychee, rose + sparkling water

The beautiful garden at Capel Manor Gardens was completely transformed, and they went ALL in on the theme, from teacup rides to giant mushrooms and caterpillars. It was spectacular, in the best possible way 🐛🍄♥️

A lot of work goes into our drinks before the event begins.

Every bottle you see has been made in-house, from our fruit syrups and signature sauces to our fluffy cold foams. Making everything from scratch takes more time, but the flavour speaks for itself.

For Stress Awareness Week, we created a refined sugar free menu inspired by ingredients traditionally linked to relaxation and wellbeing.

While the Maple Strawberry Matcha quickly became the crowd favourite 🍓, our personal favourite had to be the Golden Saffron Matcha.

We absolutely loved creating a bespoke menu for this event and would love to bring CHAA Events to more weddings, events and pop-ups soon 💚

Saffron Cardamom Cold Foam Matcha 🍵✨

For our first pop up, we wanted to create a menu inspired by ingredients traditionally associated with relaxation and wellbeing.

Saffron and cardamom felt like a natural fit, both have been used in Ayurvedic culture for centuries for mood, for calm, for wellbeing.

To make our cold foam we simmered cardamom in oat milk, added bloomed saffron threads, a touch of honey, and whipped it into the softest, most fragrant cloud you can imagine.

Refined sugar free, naturally sweetened, and one of our favourite drinks we’ve made so far 💛

We recently worked on a bespoke menu for Stress Awareness Week at The Princess Alexandra Hospital.

For this I wanted to lean into ingredients traditionally known for calming effects on the body. I kept the whole menu refined sugar free and made all the syrups, sodas and cold foams in-house.

More content to come detailing drinks but we sold out in less than an hour, so I’d say our first event was a success 💅🏽💚
