What 6 weeks these have been!🤯

Being one of the founders behind Marvin's Den and growing the business took a toll on my health😞

6 weeks ago I decide to make an end to that while of course keep pushing on Marvin's Den❌️

For the whole 6 weeks I had meals only from Marvin's Den (except the odd cooking of pasta I did here and there as Im Italian😅)

I'm really happy with these results.

Not really about these stats...🤷

Okay these are nice to see, however not what I'm really happy about😅

I am so thankful and feel so whole in a weird way that eating only Marvin's Den meals for 6 weeks leads to this!

Not like I doubted it, but it's different seeing the Marvin's Den effect yourself and your OWN body!

Honestly, I now feel more productive at work. Meaning good things for Marvin's Den!🙌 Yay!🤘

I also feel of course so fulfilled for having a goal in general!📈

That always feels good, doesn't it?🔥

We're always so worried at the beginning of a challenge so much that we just do not start at all!🤷

Today is the day hard work pays off and the day which proves that healthy meals + hard work = goal achieved

This is not the end or an end, but the start of a great journey. Both for me on a personal level, but for Marvin's Den.

Like the great Marvin Gaye used to sing: "🎶Let's Marvin's Den It On🎶"
