If you’re looking for incredible Turkish food and stunning vibes, Yaprak needs to be on your list✨

⭐Review:

Yaprak is a total gem that completely delivers on both food and atmosphere. The interior setup is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot for a date night or dinner with friends.

The staff here are genuinely attentive, welcoming, and make sure you’re well looked after throughout the entire night.

As for the mains, the Chicken Shish with yoghurt sauce was beautifully grilled and juicy, while the Sarma Chicken Beyti brought incredible, rich flavours to the table. 10/10 recommendation!

The Chicken Ramen was definitely the standout dish, it was pure comfort in a bowl, the Katsu Curry is perfectly crispy, and the curry sauce is full of flavour. The sushi was also delicious!

Chicken Smash Sweet Potato Burgers 🍔🍠

These air fried Sweet Potato Burgers are a must try for a satisfying, low-carb swap! We’re using Dr Will’s to bring that creamy, spicy, all-natural punch that makes every bite better🌶️

🛒 Ingredients:
🍠1 large sweet potato, sliced into rounds
🍗 250g chicken mince
🧄1 tsp garlic powder
🌶️1 tsp smoked paprika
🥄2 tbsp Dr Will’s Olive Oil Mayo*
🌶️1 tbsp Dr Will’s Sriracha*
🧀Handful Mozzarella
🧅Pickled Red Onion
🥬Lettuce

👩🏽‍🍳Recipe (serves 2):
1️⃣ Prep the Sweet Potato Buns: Brush the potato rounds with a little oil. Air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
2️⃣ The Chicken: Season the chicken mince with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into balls. Place in a hot frying pan with baking paper on top and smash down flat. Cook for 6 mins per side. Melt mozzarella on top (use a lid to get it extra melty!)
3️⃣ The Sauce: For the dressing, mix together the mayo and sriracha.
4️⃣ Assemble: Spread the sriracha mayo on a sweet potato round, top with the smashed chicken, pickled onion, lettuce, and a final dollop of sriracha mayo before closing with the second sweet potato round.
