The PizzaSi journey began in the heart of Italy in the early 90s, with founder Otello lovingly crafting fresh durum wheat semolina pizza bases for local restaurants.
He discovered that the right pinch of technology combined with tradition and skill kept these premade, hand stretched bases fresh and ready for service each evening. Following this success, in 2008, two of Otello’s closest friends, Stefano Laudadio and Enrico Vallesi travelled to Dublin, Ireland where Otello’s pizza bases were cooked and served in farmer’s markets and street food festivals.
From here on, Stefano and Enrico co-founded and developed a pizza concept for the Food Service Sector, and PizzaSi was born.
