I’m not trying to shed weight as quickly as last time because I f*cked my cycle up last year on a calorie deficit diet. I was obsessed with numbers and I felt really cold, weak and tired all the time. I was shivering FFS. I don’t shiver.
I realise I’m not built to be a slimmerz girl (have you seen my calves) so I’m just trying to enjoy the diet this time without over doing it. I can’t pretend to like rabbit food sorry, it was okay to eat but it really sucked the life and personality out of me.
