The new apple and brown sugar hot cross buns from are delicious 😋

BUT I wouldn’t say they’re particularly apple-y or brown sugar-y 🤷‍♀️

They just taste like really good regular hot cross buns - anyone else tried them yet? Thoughts?

It’s great they’re also free from all other major allergens except egg 👏

HOT TAKE! Sometimes I like it when something is reassuringly gluten free 🍓

This wasn’t the best scone I’ve had in my life. It immediately fell apart and it didn’t have a tonne of flavour.

But sometimes I like that??

We’d gone to a cute little independent cafe in a small village. I had a delicious latte and was touched they were excited to bring me a gluten free scone. I used it as a vessel for plenty of cream and jam and, you know what, it was bloody lovely 😋

Anyone else know what I mean? It’s hard to describe to someone who’s never felt the ‘allergy anxiety/ fear’

I had a gander at the new nutrient dense range and a lot of it is gluten free (also dairy free!)

Be careful though because I picked up at least two things that contained wheat!

I’ve tried the cauliflower shawarma and it was delicious! 😋
