This isn't our first foray into cooking weights.

But it is the first time we've made one that's stackable, allowing you to adjust the weight depending on what you're cooking.

Each set includes a base plate (7.5oz) and two additional weights (4.6oz each), giving a total weight of 16.7oz, or approximately 473g.

Better still, we've used a really high-grade stainless steel, so each piece can go straight in the dishwasher.

Each Friday this month, we are introducing new colours from our Studio steak knife collection.

This week, however, we have a double helping: a very pretty pink called Blossom, and a vivid organe called Persimmon.

Just ten sets of each are now available to order, all handmade in our Sheffield workshop using the finest British steel.

Katto x Tyler

We are delighted to introduce our collaboration knife, crafted in partnership with .

The brief for this knife was simple: "It needs to be 100% made in Sheffield."

So that's exactly what we've done.

The blade is made from SF100 – Sheffield's most famous stainless steel. While the full-tang handle is crafted from black walnut and finished with solid brass cutler's rivets.

It's exquisitely sharp, beautifully balanced, and a cinch to sharpen.

Each one comes with a taster tin of Tyler's flavoured salt, plus the chance to win a place at an exclusive supper club hosted by Tyler later this year.
