Crete is the largest and most populous of the Greek islands, and the fifth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea.

👉After over 4000 of rich wine history, nowadays winemakers work closely with to communicate the exciting diversity of wines they produce.

✨Fun facts✨

1️⃣ Every 1,000 years Crete grows 1 cm from the Sahara dust brought by the South winds.

2️⃣The distance of Crete from Africa is about the same as it is from Europe.

3️⃣Crete’s vineyards are located at high altitude in different valleys, where they benefit from the wind and diurnal amplitude. The result? Incredibly easy to drink wines with lots of freshnes and drive. 🍷

Did you know?
The word autochthonous comes from the word in Ancient Greek “autòs” meaning same and “chthòn” meaning land.

The term is often associated with grape varieties that are originally from the territory where they are found. (Aka native, aka indigenous)

In a saturated wine market with more options than many consumers know how to deal with, uniqueness is a great asset. And wine consumers all over are getting excited about what they offer.

🍇Assyrtiko & Xinomavro (Greece), Kisi & Chinuri (Georgia), Plavac Mali (Croatia), Carricante, Fiano and Lagrein (Italy) are some examples on top of my head 🍇

Pressure builds up. And so does tiredness. The real game now is, to stay centered, focused and consistent.

En un país como Argentina, donde una mujer muere a causa de violencia de genero cada 30 horas, es casi irrisorio seguir teniendo que justificar porque somos feministas. Nos llaman “Feminazis”, exageradas, locas, neuróticas, histéricas y aun así nos vemos en la necesidad de explicarnos.

Y a mi esas locas si me representan. Porque?

Porque estoy cansada, HARTA, de saber a mi madre, a mis amigas, a mis primas con miedo.
Porque el miedo se magnifica terriblemente cuando pensamos en sus hijas, en mi sobrinas.
Porque me enoja que acomodemos nuestros horarios, vestimenta, nuestro cuerpo y hábitos para estar seguras.
Porque se nos retuercen las tripas viendo como circula p***o entre los hombres con total impunidad.
Porque normalizamos cosas como salir a la calle con un gas pimienta o caminar con las llaves en la mano.
Porque seguimos teniendo que avisar que llegamos bien.
Y sobre todo porque algunas no llegan.
Porque cada mujer que matan, violan, o abusan nos duele a todas.
Y porque esto pasa en todo el p**o mundo.

A mi ustedes me disculparan, pero a mi si me indigna y me duele la injusticia.

Y todo esto sin ni siquiera tocar la desigualdad laboral, la brecha salarial, la cosificacion y toda la mi**da que tenemos que comer a diario por el mero hecho de nacer mujeres.

Si hoy verdaderamente queres agasajar a las mujeres de tu vida, sentate con tu hermana, con tu novia, con tu vieja o con tu amiga y pregúntale que miedos tiene por ser mujer. Y escuchala de verdad.

Muchachos: “Si no tenemos los mismos miedos, no tenemos los mismos derechos”

Muchachas: las admiro y las amo. Sigamos cuidandonos entre todas.
