Tonights recipe: GLUTEN FREE DUMPLINGS! 🥟

This is actually an older recipe I've updated & improved, and considering how many people have asked about dumplings - I had to include them in this series!

They aren't too difficult, and you can bulk make them and freeze (which is what I do).

The shorter video will be out tonight. Will you be making them? Let me know! 🥟💕

Tonight's recipe: Gluten Free Pop Tarts!

I've actually never had a poptart before so I had to buy a packet to investigate... mine are a little bit different, a little bit more flakey, but I hope you enjoy them!

In this video I'm also using my gluten free puff pastry recipe, which if you get the hang of, it opens up so many different recipe possibilities (one of which we will be using again in a couple weeks time!).

Recipe out at 5:30pm GMT 🥰

✨ All the gluten free places I took my mum in London✨

Last summer mum spent 4 weeks with us in London so I took her round some of the best spots (unfortunately we didn’t quite make it to all of them!). But let me know where I need to take her next time she’s here!

I also have a version of this for Madrid 🇪🇸 would you like to see it?

Looking for gluten free Chinese Food in London?? Well I've got some great news!

A new restaurant has just opened in Clapham Junction called Lotus Lounge, and they have decided to very much look after the gluten free & coeliac community 🥰

About 70% of the menu can be made gluten free, including noodles, crispy squid, sweet & sour chicken, mapo, black bean beef, and so much more. Below is what me and my friends got this weekend.

After many years of working in the hospitality industry, the owner hated turning away people with food intolerances, so when he opened his restaurant Lotus Lounge, he wanted to make sure he could feed everyone.

Not only are gluten free meals cooked & prepped on a seperate station, they also have gluten free soy sauce, gluten free batter, and a very good understanding of dietary requirement. They are also wonderfully nice people and the food is GREAT.

I do think this place is going to be incredibly popular so I would recommend booking, and as always - make sure you tell them your dietary requirements when you order.
