Since last month, Qin Chilli has entered its harvest season — when the chillies are carefully hand-harvested from the fields, one of the most beautiful and important moments of the year.

We weren’t planning to launch this just yet… 🌶️

Over the past two weekends, we quietly brought a small test batch of our new RishRight Qin Chilli All-Purpose Seasoning to Foodies Festival in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Just 50 packs at each festival. Both batches sold out shortly🫶

But what made us happiest wasn’t simply selling out — it was watching people taste it, come back, tell their friends, and immediately start imagining all the things they wanted to use it on.

Eggs. Fries, Roast potatoes. Vegetables. Meat. Noodles. Avocado. BBQ.

That was exactly why we created it.

Built around our single-origin Qin Chilli, with cumin, sesame and aromatic spices, it’s designed to do one very simple thing:

One busy day. One more reason to believe. ❤️

From shop visits across London, to celebrating two new Great Taste Awards, to an unforgettable spontaneous tasting, today was full of moments that reminded me why we started RishRight.

A huge thank you to Kath Symes | Easy Asian Recipes for your incredibly thoughtful review, Harley’s Butchery and the whole team for such a warm welcome.

Another Great Taste Awards. Another Year. ❤️

It’s that time of year again when the Great Taste Awards results are announced.

Every year, we wait with a mixture of excitement and nerves… and this year, we’re delighted that both of our new entries have been recognised.

With these latest awards, all four of our products are now multi-award-winning, recognised by both the Great Taste Awards and the Farm Shop & Deli Product Awards.

Winning awards is always something to celebrate. But for us, what matters even more is what these awards represent.

They tell us that our belief has always been the right one:
quality first, flavour first, and always putting the customer experience first.

RishRight is still a very young brand.

Less than three years ago, I moved to the UK with a dream of introducing the unique flavour of Qin chilli to more people. In just two and a half years, we’ve been incredibly grateful to achieve:

Sometimes the best collaborations aren’t planned. They simply begin when people who love food find each other. ❤️

These are three dishes created for Summer Pickles, a beautiful dinner by with 3 of RishRight Qin Chilli products.

We’d never met before. The two founders Sans and Evan discovered our Qin Chilli at a tasting in Harvest E8, and shortly afterwards reached out to ask if we’d like to be part of the dinner.

My answer was an immediate yes.

The two founders behind come from completely different creative worlds—one is a bridal designer, the other a footwear designer. Neither is a professional chef, but both are incredibly talented cooks with a genuine love for food.

What made the evening even more special was that it wasn’t just the founders. The entire dinner—from the kitchen to the service team—was brought to life by people from different creative professions and students, all volunteering their time simply because they love food and believe in creating something beautiful together.

We’ve always believed our products are more than just condiments. I want to see them inspire creativity in the kitchen and become part of beautifully crafted dishes—even in a fine dining setting.

Summer Pickles exceeded every expectation.

Three beautiful dishes, each thoughtfully paired with one of our Qin Chilli products. Every plate showed just how versatile Qin Chilli can be.

More importantly, they introduced our products—and the story behind this unique chilli—to a room full of people through something we all love: sharing food around one table.

When people cook with love, create with love and share with love, something special always happens.

This is exactly why we started RishRight.

We believe everything begins with love. ❤️

Today, we met two wonderful people.

During our in-store tasting at Windermere, Lynn met Sally. After tried Fresh Qin Chilli Sauce, she bought a jar and said she wanted to stay there and tell everyone how delicious it is.

The same time, at our London office, Yuan met Carly. She told us she had been wanting to meet us after trying our products at a small tasting in our building and hearing so many great things about them.

They never met but they have something in common: a genuine love for good food and lovely people.

It reminded us why we started RishRight. We believe everything begins with love:

Love for the people we cook for.
Love for good food.
And when that love is shared, it has a wonderful way of bringing people together. ❤️

The best kind of milestone isn’t a sales record. It’s being remembered. ❤️

Today was our third Saturday at , and we welcomed our very first returning customer

Even more heartwarming, two lovely ladies recognised our jars instantly from a tasting we did over six months ago at another shop. Before we even had the chance to introduce ourselves,they recognized us and the high quality of our products they learned from an instore sampling.

Moments like these remind us what RishRight has always been about.

We don’t build products first. We build them around people.

When you genuinely care about the people who bring your food into their homes, every decision becomes different—from sourcing exceptional ingredients and never compromising on quality, to creating thoughtful packaging and making more sustainable choices.

Our journey is still just beginning, but today reminded us that people don’t only remember great flavours—they remember how a brand makes them feel.
