One of my new favourite date nights in London - !!

I was for some strange reason a little nervous about going to a comedy show, I’d never been before and was worried it would feel a bit awkward but I was very wrong!

I was genuinely laughing out loud and the audience was jam packed, it was a fabulous Friday treat.

I couldn’t record the actual comedians but trust me this is a don’t skip London activity!

My only piece of departing wisdom is that if you’re feeling a little awkward like me, make sure to sit near the back as they definitely teased the front row 😂

Easiest tubes are Westminster or Embankment - then a walk down the Thames to the boat (which also doubles as a club!! - I will be coming back for a late night dance under the London Eye)

Thank you for having me 🥹🤍

New brunch spot to add to my repertoire - Mortimer House Kitchen in Fitzrovia 🤍

Gorgeous inside the restaurant with an Italian inspired menu. We will definitely need to come back to try their dinner options as they all sounded divine!! (Eyeing up the truffle arancini 👀)

Great experience and the staff were all lovely!

Smashed avocado, chilli, bacon and sausage 🤤

Very fluffy pancakes topped with mixed berries and cream 😮‍💨

Italian baked eggs & hash browns - elite combo!!

Not pictured but we also added poached eggs ! Could have added smoked salmon too if you fancied 🐟

My top 12 London brunch spots. A constantly evolving list, in no particular order:

1. - so many locations around London serving fresh food, healthy brunches and cocktails. Each restaurant slightly different but all with immeculate interiors, you can even dine on a boat!
2. - in the mood for pancakes? This is the n1 London recommendation for both savoury and sweet options, there is a huge menu!
3. - this is the best place, dare I say in the world, for a full English. The whole place feels quintessentially British and the food is fantastic.
4. - on the more expensive side, this is my top pick for a birthday brunch. Think ch*****ne, zucchini fries and premium plates!
5. - breakfast with an Indian twist, masala beans, spiced egged and bacon naan rolls. 10/10 no notes and an excellent spot for dinner too!
6. - transported to NYC, easy vibes and delicious plates. You must get the hazelnut maple praline pancake, one will definitely be enough, it’s like having cake for breakfast!
7. - my go to spot for brunch in Battersea before a day of shopping! Huge menu with some delicious Mediterranean flavours.
8. - anyone local to SE16 like me knows this is the place to go on the weekend. Aussie laid back atmosphere + a pancake specials menu till July 31st!
9. - cannot go wrong with a Caravan restaurant, specifically their Vardo branch in Chelsea. Great for art galleries, people watching and shopping! One of my fave areas in London and they have a huge outdoor terrace.
10. - Mediterranean restaurant with my favourite spot being in Spitalfields market, so nice to eat in the hustle and bustle! Menu includes shakshuka, harissa eggs and sweet potato fritters.
11. - a little slice of Puglia in the centre of Covent Garden. The cosiest spot with a fabulous team and Italian inspired dishes e.g focaccia, prosciutto and pesto, just divine!
12. - the best independent in Bermondsey with speciality coffee and a fab w**e bar!

Tapas by Kings Cross station at - ideal location for post work catch ups with the easy commute home + a huge outdoor seating area in the heat wave!

Delicious food, came out quickly, tasted fab and the service was great, cannot complain!

The outdoor terrace is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog for some fresh water too 🐾

The Pacific Tavern - Canada Water

Working my way through our locals - dare I say this is the biggest b**r garden / terrace in the area!?

Pizzas, huge outdoor space, bbq platters and Sunday roasts 🤤🍻

There’s a v large outdoor screen showing the World Cup and the Grand Prix so ideal for match days !!

Easy to get to from both Surrey Quays and Canada Water tube stations + only slightly longer walk from Rotherhithe station.

I highly recommend the Cantonese chicken main and the crispy chilli chicken starter.
