Fresh, nourishing and made to support you.

These mixed berry energy shots by are a great habit to get into to stave off illness in these colder months.

Ingredients:

- 75g fresh blackberries

- 150g fresh blueberries

- 150g fresh raspberries

- 40g fresh strawberries

- 1 small piece fresh ginger (around 10-15 g)

- 240 ml brewed green tea, cooled

- 480 ml coconut water

- 180 ml fresh lemon juice

- 2 tbsp raw honey (around 40g)

Method:

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

- Strain through a sieve to remove the pulp, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.

- Pour into small bottles or glasses and serve chilled.

A beautiful evening of festive crumble creations and a huge congratulations to chef Jemma Harrison! 🥧✨

Thanks again to British Berry Growers’ members who donated fresh berries to support FareShare’s winter campaign. 

Jemma’s winning crumble will now be made in FareShare kitchens nationwide to help bring communities together over good food this Christmas. ❤️

Salads are not just for summer! Thanks to for showing us how to continue to get in all those important vitamins this autumn in the most delicious way!

Ingredients
1 apple
2 clementines
Handful pomegranate seeds
Handful blueberries
Handful grapes
Squeeze of Lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon

Method
1. Chop fruit, then add to a large bowl.
2. Squeeze on lemon juice to prevent browning and for flavor.
3. Sprinkle on cinnamon (trust me, its amazing)
4. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
5. Enjoy!

Starting the day right with this quick and delicious high-protein breakfast from whatlaureneats_. Everyone’s looking for easy ways to get enough protein in their day and this recipe is a simple, make-ahead option that tastes like a treat while keeping you fuelled and satisfied all morning.

Ingredients
(Makes 4 portions)
4 Weetabix
500g Greek yoghurt
2 scoops protein powder (white chocolate flavour works perfectly)
1 tsp chia seeds
A splash of milk
Fresh strawberries
6 small squares white chocolate (melted)
Optional: creatine mixed into yoghurt

Method
Crush one Weetabix in the base of each pot and add a little milk to soften.
Mix together the Greek yoghurt, protein powder and chia seeds (add creatine if using).
Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the Weetabix base.
Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
A perfect high-protein breakfast that’s creamy, sweet and satisfying. It's ideal for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or a mid-morning pick-me-up.

Starting the day right with this quick and nourishing breakfast from . A warm, high-protein blueberry crumble that feels like dessert but fuels you like breakfast. It's comforting, satisfying, and bursting with goodness to keep you going all morning long.

Pair with yoghurt for extra creaminess.

(Serves 1 (yoghurt included))

Filling:
115g fresh blueberries
Squeeze of lime or lemon
1 tsp sweetener
Mix and set aside.

Crumble:
40g egg white (white of 1 egg)
22g oat flour (blended oats)
20g protein powder (adjust depending on type used)
Mix to form a crumble (add more protein or flour if too wet).
Crumble over the blueberry filling.
Bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins or air fry for 10–15 mins, until golden brown.
Serve with:
150g 0% fat-free yoghurt

Fresh blueberries add natural sweetness, vibrant colour, and a boost of antioxidants, perfect for supporting your immune system.

Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
50g oats
80g banana
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
100g 0% non-fat Greek yoghurt
50g fresh British berries
10g almond butter

Method:
- Mash the banana + mix in the oats, egg + cinnamon.
- Spray a pan with oil, add mixture, flatten + cook 3–4 mins.
- Break it up with a spatula + scramble. Cook 2–3 mins more until golden.
- Serve with yoghurt, berries + almond butter.

Looking for a simple make-ahead breakfast or snack? This wholesome recipe from is perfect. Packed with berries, oats and nut butter, these bars are naturally sweet, full of fibre and so easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
180g ripe banana (approx 2 medium bananas)
100g porridge oats
2 big tablespoons smooth peanut butter (or any nut butter you like)
Handful of chopped strawberries
Handful of blueberries

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas well, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Enjoy.

Strawberry Mallow Snakes

Have fun with the kids making these wiggly snakes, a spooky-sweet treat that sneaks in some fresh berries too. Perfect for injecting a little health into your Halloween celebrations.
Makes 4.
Prep time 15 minutes.

Ingredients
20 fresh strawberries, hulled
13 white marshmallows
4 strawberry laces
Edible googly eyes

Method
- Leave 4 strawberries whole for the face of each snake and halve the rest into rounds.
- Cut 12 of the marshmallows into 2 smaller rounds to make 24 pieces.
- Use a skewer to make a hole through the centre of each piece of strawberry and marshmallow. Push the strawberry laces through the holes and thread the pieces alternately to give a striped effect.
- Add the whole strawberry last, leaving enough lace showing for a tongue.
- Cut another piece of lace and push this into the strawberry head to make a forked tongue.
- Melt the remaining marshmallow in the microwave and use a little to stick on the eyes.
