Every slice of our Šibenik prosciutto carries a story that began thousands of years ago.

It is naturally cured using sea salt from the historic Ston Saltworks, where salt has been hand-harvested for over 4,000 years. For generations, families have relied on the same methods, preserving a tradition that has shaped Croatia’s heritage. So precious was this salt that the Republic of Dubrovnik built the 5.5kilometre Ston Walls to protect it.
