The heart and soul behind Aggy’s Foods is Agnes. Originally from Zambia, her culinary adventure started over 20 years ago in her kitchen in South East London. A single mother of three, Agnes began creating delicious sauces for her family based on her native Zambian cuisine. In her kitchen, she created recipes that combine the natural freshness of African herbs and spices with some of the UK’s favo

urite dishes. Based on chili, black pepper, rosemary, lemon and an array of opulent spices, she undeniably brings together an exquisite fusion of African and European flavours and aromas.
