Loving the little bit of sun we’re getting at the minute. Can’t believe we’re in Spring already. I love what Spring brings with it - think English Peas, Wild Garlic, Rhubarb (hopefully😭), Jersey Royals, the list goes on. I cannot wait🙌🏼

Every year we forage our Wild Garlic fresh from a variety of patches. The best thing about Wild Garlic is that it will grow in the same place year after year, as long as you don’t destroy the root!

We went to visit one of our locations today to see the very first young leaves coming through. These young leaves are still tasty, but best to wait until the yield is higher before we start to cut.

The leaves need a lot of rain but also the sun to grow, perfect conditions would be a rainy night followed by a nice sunny morning☀️

Wild Garlic is typically at its best from mid March so we still have a while to go just yet🌱

Cacklebean’s Eggs 🥚, sourced from just outside Stow-on-the-Wold in Gloucestershire, are known for their exceptional freshness, consistent quality, and vibrant golden yolks. Favoured by top restaurants in London and beyond, they’ve earned the reputation of being the ‘Rolls-Royce’ of eggs.

This family-run business produces both ‘Arlington White’ hen eggs and quail eggs, all from truly free-range birds. Cacklebean’s ‘lovely girls’ enjoy the best food and plenty of space to roam, with 12 acres of land to explore, both indoors and out.

Owners Paddy and Steph Bourns extend the same care to their cockerels, prioritizing their welfare and keeping them healthy. The couple even goes the extra mile by using canopies to keep their flock cool in summer and providing light entertainment with the radio in their sheds!

Organic Mixed Squash sourced from is a stand out favourite as we head into Autumn 🍁 we couldn’t help but take a box home.

All of their produce is grown to the highest standard and is completely organically and sustainably grown. They have a wide range of soil types which enables them to match their crops to the conditions they prefer.

Not only do they grow the best organic squash, we also source a variety of other produce from them when in season - Organic Asparagus, Artichokes, Purple Sprouting and Tenderstem Broccoli to name a few.

We can’t resist a good display! Eye catching to say the least.

We’re loving the switchover to Autumn produce - at this time of year you can expect to find English Conference and William Pears, with Comice not too far off.

When it comes to Apples the varieties are endless, choose from: Gala, Braeburn, Pink Ladies, Russets, Cox and Bramleys.

Not sure there’s a much better feeling then biting into a perfectly ripe pear or the crunch of a deliciously crisp apple 🍎🍐
