What you do on a Monday could make the rest of your week much easier 👇🏽 .

1. ⏰ Don’t hit snooze on your alarm - Even better, get up 10-15m earlier than you normally would on a Monday and do the following:
2. 📱 DON’T grab your phone right away -you’re stressing your brain out first thing. Instead, take a few deep breaths or a 10m meditation.
3. 🥑 Eat a healthy, filling breakfast (a good balance of natural sugars and carbohydrates will make sure you fuel your body and brain correctly for the first day of the week).
4. 🤸🏽‍♀️Work Out. Waking up earlier to work out will boost your endorphin levels and put you in a great mood to tackle the day.
5. 🏃🏽‍♂️Leave 5m early for your commute. Those 5m could be the difference between a stressful, miss-the-train-drop-your-coffee-get-to-work-sweaty kind of morning, and smooth sailing.
6. 🖥 Lastly when you get to work, clear your desk -this will start your week off clutter free and organised.
