Hold the Bourbon, we’ll take our Mint Julep with Black Tot.

50ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean
1x teaspoon of sugar syrup
1x large handful of fresh mint leaves

Add all ingredients to julep cup or glass; lightly muddle the mint, add crushed ice and churn - top up with more crushed ice and garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint.

Our decadent sherry cask rum, Historic Solera, continues to reap rewards for its rich and complex flavours of ripe figs, baked plums and dark chocolate.

Judges ruled that Historic Solera not only warranted a gold medal but, given its exceptional quality, named it the overall winner in the Solera category. We couldn't agree more.

Here's how to make yours:

50ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
8-10 mint leaves

We use rare original solera casks, seldom seen in whisky or other spirits, to bring waves of full-bodied flavour and umami character. Sherry cask whisky lovers - this one’s for you.

It's St. Patricks Day after all.

Why not enjoy our twist on a classic...

Introducing our 'Caribbean Coffee'

40ml Black Tot Finest Caribbean
75ml Cold-Brew coffee
1 tsp Molasses
1 tsp Demerara sugar
Top with Coconut cream (whipped)

Method: Pre-heat a toddy glass or mug. In a small jug, combine your coffee, molasses and sugar and stir to dissolve. Separately, whisk coconut cream with a little of the milk in a bowl until the right texture is achieved.

Build your Caribbean Coffee by adding Black Tot Finest Caribbean, followed by the sweetened coffee. Leave enough room to float a cold layer of coconut cream. Garnish with a grating of cinnamon or nutmeg.

(Note: Coconut milk cans are best refrigerated overnight for cream to rise to the top)
