What a weekend it was! With over 120 exhibitors and 11,000 dream drams poured, we hope you were able to try some unforgettable liquid and enjoyed plenty of interesting conversations along the way. 🥃

Matured for 18 years, this dram was designed to enhance the experience of smoking a cigar. 🚬

Rich and robust, it brings together casks previously used for bourbon, marsala, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Matusalem sherry for a wh**ky with complexity and depth.

Expect chocolate orange, dried figs, aromatic wood and berries, with a lingering, characterful finish.

A world-first for Irish wh***ey. 🥃

This remarkable release pairs Midleton's finest single pot still wh***eys with sweet chestnut casks crafted from trees grown on the historic Cappoquin Estate in County Waterford.

After maturing for 12-19 years in American oak, the wh***ey spent a further four years finishing in these unique chestnut hogsheads, creating an entirely new chapter in Irish wh***ey maturation.

Enjoy layers of honey, baked apple and chocolate fudge, followed by woodland spices, toasted nuts, vanilla and a gentle touch of chilli oil. 🌶️

Ch*****ne is at its most thrilling when it is in the hands of those closest to the vines. The revolution in Grower Ch*****nes, or Récoltant-Manipulant, has vineyard owners break away from the grip of the big houses to celebrate their own w**e, terroir and style.

While there is still a place for Ch*****ne that has a clear house style and that brings together w**es sourced from around the region, there is magnificent pleasure to be had in tasting w**es that have a real sense of place, often at a price that, without marketing budgets and branding, represents incredible value.

On 22 October, we're bringing together a selection of some of our favourites from the region for a more informal walk-around tasting with more than 20 w**es.

We need your help! Every year, we ask our customers to join us in choosing a new Wh**ky of the Year at this blind tasting.

We'll be pitting six of the best whiskies we've tasted this year against each other to find one champion. The winner of the public vote will be crowned Wh**ky of the Year 2027.
