Remember when cottage cheese wraps were everywhere?

Well… we’re bringing them back. And honestly, they deserve the hype.

High in protein, lower in carbs, surprisingly satisfying, and ideal for those days when you want something quick that still feels nourishing.

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup or 225g cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 avocado (smashed)
2 slices streaky bacon
4 slices of ham
1 tomato (sliced)
Your favourite Hunter & Gather Mayo
Seasoning of choice

WHAT YOU DO:
Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Pour onto a lined baking tray, season, and bake for 25–30 mins until golden around the edges.
Allow to cool fully before peeling away the parchment paper.
Add smashed avocado, bacon, ham, tomato and a generous spoonful of mayo.
Roll tightly, slice, and enjoy.
