❤️ The industry lost a great friend and supporter when Murray passed away last year. Those who met him were undoubtedly touched by his kindness, enthusiasm and the passion that he had to nurture new entrants into the hospitality sector, encouraging them to push themselves to strengthen their skills and to achieve success in the careers.

On 4th March 2025 the League of Club Chefs are hosting a quiz night in Murray’s memory to raise funds for Challenging MND which will be streamed live, and we would like to invite you to join in the fun, raise funds for this great cause, and to honour and remember Murray.
