Two courses, no excess, no compromise.

The vazhaipoo vadai, ground, shaped, and fried to a precise point where the exterior gives way cleanly, revealing depth rather than density. Banana blossom treated with intent; its natural bitterness not masked, but sharpened, allowing spice, fat, and texture to settle into balance.

Then the close. An ada pradhaman that leans fully into time. Jaggery reduced until it darkens, coconut milk folded until it rounds, rice ada holding just enough bite. No garnish for effect. Just sweetness that builds, settles, and stays.

Nothing here is decorative. It’s cooking that understands when to stop.
