Wedding season is in full flow! ✨

We recently had the pleasure of catering for Chris and Nachita’s beautiful May wedding at The Horniman, and this one was a real favourite of ours.

With such a fun and creative brief, we loved bringing their vision to life with a delicious Mauritian-inspired afternoon tea. A celebration of flavour, culture and the little details that make a wedding truly personal.

A gorgeous day, a wonderful couple, and a menu we’ll remember fondly 💛

Over the past few months, the team at Caiger & Co has been proud to support Ace of Clubs and Refettorio Felix, two fantastic organisations providing meals, welfare support, healthcare access and essential services for vulnerable people in the local community.

Together, our team has now volunteered 96 hours supporting these charities and their incredible staff and volunteers. From food prep to service, it’s been a genuinely meaningful experience for everyone involved.

Alongside this, we’ve officially launched our Plate for Change initiative, reinforcing our commitment to community support, team volunteering, training and creating opportunities to give back through hospitality.

It’s been fantastic to see so many of the team getting involved and supporting such important work.

A huge thank you to everyone at Ace of Clubs and Refettorio Felix, and to our team for their continued energy and commitment

A day at the vineyard with the team 🍾

Last week we had the pleasure of visiting to get a closer look at the craft behind one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wines.

From the vineyards to the production process, every detail reflected the same thing: an uncompromising commitment to quality.

What stood out most was the patience, precision and passion behind the brand, no shortcuts, just a genuine dedication to doing things properly. As people who work in hospitality and events, it’s always inspiring to spend time with producers who care so deeply about the experience they create.

A brilliant day of learning, tasting and appreciation. Huge thanks to the Nyetimber team for having us 🥂
