The tent is up, and we're enjoying a glass of London Clay Brut NV here in the slightly overcast yet stunning Lake District. 🥂⛺

This English sparkling w**e is produced in the sunny Crouch Valley in Essex and takes its name from the fossil-rich London Clay soils the vineyards are planted on. Rather than using the traditional bottle-fermented method, it's made using the Charmat method, keeping the w**e bright, fruit-forward and wonderfully fresh.

The blend is from the traditional trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

Crisp citrus, green apple and a gentle mineral edge, all balanced with soft, persistent bubbles. Refreshing, easy-drinking and just the thing after a day exploring the Lakes.
