With noodles and Rendang as lunchtime favourites, what is Rendang?

Rendang is a rich, slow-cooked meat dish with recipes originating from Indonesia.

It’s a kind of dry curry, most commonly made with beef. The meat is slowly simmered for hours in coconut milk with our own blend of spices like lemongrass, garlic, ginger, chilli, turmeric, and galangal.
