Food prices are continually rising-
How to be economical when cooking for a family or for a single person:

One-pot meals:
•Stews
•Soups
•Curries

We at Eden receive a variety of foodstuffs, for example:
•Potatoes
•Lentils
•tinned tuna
•Carrots

The above foods are nutritional and can ‘keep you full’ and energetic, boosting protein and vitamin levels for all ages. Purchasing ready made meals is expensive and not necessarily healthy-homemade increases confidence as you know what is in the pot!
