This was the reaction at first but trusting our belief that there was a life beyond the word ‘surplus’ for some ingredients, we turned discarded pasta into beer and these two beautiful brews were born.

Zenith - a hazy, hoppy and tropical IPA and Payload a classic, easy-drinking American Pale Ale.
