β€’ Dried wide rice noodles (200g)

Drunken Noodle Sauce:
β€’ Oyster sauce (3tbsp)
β€’ Light soy sauce (1.5tbsp)
β€’ Dark soy sauce (1.5tbsp)
β€’ Sugar (2tsp)
β€’ Water (1tbsp)

Stir-fry:
β€’ Neutral oil (2.5tbsp)
β€’ Garlic, finely chopped (3cloves)
β€’ Bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped (2pieces)

Main Ingredients:
β€’ Mara des bois strawberries (450g)
β€’ Strawberries (200g)
β€’ Red fruit black tea bag (1piece)
β€’ Water (250ml)
β€’ Acacia honey (20g)
β€’ Sugar (5g)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Steps:

Infuse the Tea:
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil with the tea bag.
2. Cover, turn off the heat, and let it steep for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bag and pour the warm tea into a salad bowl with the 200g whole strawberries, honey, and sugar.

Warm Infusion:
1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it over a pan of gently simmering water (bain-marie).
2. Let the strawberries infuse for 30 minutes over low heat.
3. Strain the liquid gently without pressing the strawberries. Transfer the syrup to a clean, cold bowl and chill.

Assemble and Serve:
