π½οΈ Bulgogi Fried Rice
Bulgogi Fried Rice is a savory and flavorful Korean dish that combines marinated beef sirloin, vegetables, and day-old rice into a delicious stir-fry.
π Ingredients:
For the Bulgogi Marinade:
β’ Soy Sauce (4tbsp)
β’ Brown Sugar (2tbsp)
β’ Sesame Oil (1tbsp)
β’ Minced Garlic (1tbsp)
β’ Minced Ginger (1tbsp)
β’ Black Pepper (0.5tsp)
Main Ingredients:
β’ Thinly Sliced Beef Sirloin (400g)
β’ Day-old white rice (2cups)
β’ Carrots (1large)
β’ Onion (1large)
β’ Spring Onion (1stalk)
β’ Salt
β’ Black Pepper (0.5tsp)
β’ Olive Oil (2tbsp)

Cooking Steps:
1. Marinate the beef in the Bulgogi marinade for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a large wok or skillet, stir-fry the beef until browned.
3. Add the onions and carrots and stir-fry until tender.
4. Add cooked rice to the wok or skillet and mix well. Break apart the rice as much as possible.
5. Season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
6. Top with sliced spring onion and serve hot.
