It’s pretty simple: spot our boxes → snap some photos → win prizes.

💡 Did you know that food businesses are constantly tweaking processes, recipes, packaging between production and print runs?

✅ Over the last 6 months in particular we have made some significant improvements to our upcycling processes, leading to some delicious upgrades to our granola recipes and therefore packaging. We’ll be delving into the details in our newsletter later this month so do subscribe if you’re curious 🤓

🕵️ Meanwhile, we’ve set you a challenge: across all 3 granolas we have made 5 KEY UPGRADES to our packaging.

The end of an era at Borough Market 💚

It is not a decision I took lightly, and was a very difficult one to make. But the time has come for us to close our stall and focus our energies on the many other exciting projects on the horizon for 2025 and beyond 🚀 including two MEGA retail launches ( 👀).

🙏 It has been an honour to trade at this prestigious market over the last 7 years. Swipe for a lil walk down memory lane (and my last shift 🥹). We’ve come a long way…from a single upcycled barn-door folding table (THAT WEIGHED A TONNE) no lights and no sign 🫠, to trying solar-powered lights (epic fail), to finally upgrading to a drawer-engraved sign, LIGHTS, 2 beautifully upcycled trolleys with glass dispensers for packaging free refills, only to retire them due to covid 🥲 the introduction of some pandemic-pivot products, eventually a rebrand, new apple-pulp granolas and the return of the crackers 5 years later 🙌 Not to mention the dream team members I was lucky enough to work with over the years; who served so many of you with love for our products, enthusiasm for our mission and a smile, always. You know who you are and I loved working with each and every one of you 🫶

To our day-1 customers? I will miss you the most. simply wouldn’t be where it is today without you. I am eternally grateful that you rallied behind my homemade upcycled granolas, cakes and bakes that empower us to revolutionise our food systems and design ‘waste’ out of dictionaries 🌍 Thank you for giving us a try. For sharing with your friends and family. For coming back time and time and time again. For staying for a chat that always filled me with joy 💛 Your excitement and support of this mission has fueled my motivation on many a day when challenges sometimes felt insurmountable 💪 I have absolutely loved getting to know so many of you over the years and will treasure those moments forever.

Last but not least: THANK YOU . For the opportunity, the lessons, the journey ✨

Getting here has been one hell of a journey ⛰️ And not least thanks to the incredible work of to spearhead food systems change with their inaugural ♻️ Of which we are so proud to have been a part these last 12 months. What an honour to now grace these shelves.
