Please join us in welcoming Antony Adinolfi to the Astrum team! 🥂 Antony Adinolfi

📍 Originally from a small town on Italy’s stunning Amalfi Coast, Antony’s love of wine began early, accompanying his grandfather on visits to local wineries around Salerno.

🇬🇧 After moving to London at 19, he built an impressive career in hospitality and fine wine, working as a sommelier at some of the capital’s most renowned venues, including The Savoy, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and the Mandarin Oriental. He holds the Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced Certificate and is currently studying for his WSET Diploma.

🍷 Most recently, Antony spent four years at Maison Estelle, where he was part of the opening team and served as Deputy Head Sommelier, helping to shape the club’s wine programme.

🎵 Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting for records for his vinyl collection, enjoying great food and wine, and spending time with friends.

We’re thrilled to have Antony on board and can’t wait for our customers and partners to get to know him.

We’re delighted to share that Giovanni Alfani, Brand Ambassador of Claudio Mariotto will be joining us for this year’s Independents’ Day Tasting in September! 🛸

📍 Based in the hills of Tortona, Piedmont, the Mariotto family has been making wine for generations, working exclusively with native grape varieties such as Freisa, Croatina and Barbera. But their true obsession, and the grape that has made them one of the leading names in the region, is Timorasso.
