Who doesn’t love an Espresso Martini?

Fun fact. It was actually made in Soho, London in the 80s. Originally called the Vodka Espresso, it became known as it is now in the 90s cocktail revival.

If I were to describe it, I’d say: it’s a dark, velvety, classic, crowned with three coffee beans. A bittersweet elixir that awakens the senses.

This is the continued experience for 31/01/2026 we brought a British Casual menu with a twist to Ashford for 8 covers — proving that catering doesn’t have to mean one set style. 🎉

🍥 Today we will see the starter and the main course for the day. In the first picture we can see our scallop dish which changes from season to season and between our menus and pretty much the same for the lamb course.

1. Cornish scallops, Parsnip puree, Extracted grape juice and scallop roe sauce.

2.Yorkshire lamb rump, Pomme Anne, Roasted and glazed red onion, Carrot Puree with a citrus reduction, Tenderstem brocoli and a supreme jus.

On 31/01/2026 we brought a British Casual menu with a twist to Ashford for 8 covers — proving that catering doesn’t have to mean one set style. 🎉

🤤This experience began with canapés (available upon request), followed by our freshly baked bread and homemade churned butter. And this is just the start… the rest of the dishes are coming in our next post, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

This is a throwback to one of best events of the year in August. Catering for the incredible Ellie. This is essentially what a casual experience looks like with us. Here we served Greek, with a few of our Greek and Jamaican fusion items.

Our services include us not only cooking, but serving—rather joyfully of course and cleaning, so that you don’t have to.

Mini storytime: Through his years of working in Michelin environments, Yannis spent six months tempering 8k of chocolate 2-3 times a week creating and making chocolate in many forms.

Here in the picture, video, & Timelapse, you can see him working the white chocolate, then creating the chocolate bonbon by filling the moulds with a cranberry gel we made from fresh cranberries, a half-dark half-ruby chocolate ganache. With the final product being Yannis smiling with his boon of bonbons.

Can confirm they were suuuuper yummy. With the perfect amount of crunch and the most amazing centre. 😅😅🤤🤤🤤🤤

*Typical Small Delivery*

Here is a little insight so you see a little more. As some of you might mow but many of you might not, we really focus and rely on quality. Of course that's something we talk about all the time in our private events as it is of most importance to get the results we provide.

Even though other orders are chaotic, here was a smaller one so we get to see it better. Starting from a selection of edible flowers. Not only do they look nice but they taste good too.

We try to be sustainable as much as we can and throw away nothing. Whole beets are used. We usually love to salt bake our beetroot and we refresh the leaves which are eaten as it is and use the stalk for either a cheese course as sticks or we will ice and pickle them for a salad.

Even though asparagus are not in season right now, they add to the excellence of our freshly brought fish!

Fresh green beans remind me of growing up with my grandmother (Yannis here). This flavour and the crunch...

Shelley loves Granny smith apples so if you have had an apple scramble from us... Here you are.

Thyme is such a good aromatic and it triumphs in Evvia where I am from. It can be found in little shrubs all over the place.

Baby borage gives such a nice distinct flavour.

Kale is just gorgeous with our sea bass course.

Goat cheese is my favourite and it is a key ingredient for our goats cheese mousse.

Baby golden yukon beetroot are nice pickled as discs

How can you not use good quality lemons for fish? Unwaxed of course 😂
