Not your regular tomato and mozzarella salad.

This one is our take, marinated in miso sesame dressing with heaps of fresh herbs and lemon zest. A truly perfect showstopper dish for hosting.

Recipe:

Ingredients

*Olive Oil
*Miso Sesame dressing (All Dressed Up)
*Fresh basil, finely chopped
*Fresh oregano
*Zest of a lemon
*8-10 vine tomatoes
*Fresh mozzarella

Method

Drizzle olive oil and miso sesame dressing into the base of your platter/bowl.

Top with your finely chopped basil, fresh oregano and lemon zest.

Place over your quartered tomatoes and mix until the tomatoes are evenly coated in your base dressing.

Tear over chunks of mozzarella and finish with a final drizzle of miso sesame dressing before serving.
