Try a Solar Punch while the weather’s behaving ☀️🍹

50ml Solar Reserve 55
25ml pineapple juice
25ml orange juice
15ml fresh lime juice
10ml grenadine or sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, and garnish with orange, lime or whatever fruit survived the fridge.
