PowWow Waterloo

Did you know less than 30% of registered architects in England are women? And did you know that this percentage is even smaller among engineers?

To mark #IWD2022, our next PowWow Waterloo will see a panel of ground-breaking talent address this lack of diversity within the built environment sector. Don't miss it.

Let’s be honest, we’ve all got used to Zoom dates from the sofa, so going out in anything but PJs is going to be a tall order… That’s why we’re keeping it cosy this Valentine's Day with a Waterloo bolthole that feels like a home from home.

❤️ We’re picking up notes of… romance? If you’re a wine connoisseur, or just love a large glass of red, Paladar is the one for you. What’s more, its six-course Valentine’s sharing menu is 100% gluten free.

❤️ No need for a romantic getaway – Meson Don Felipe will transport you to Spain with its top-notch tapas and warm, comforting vibe. ¡Es Bueno!

❤️ What’s sweeter – your date or your tooth? Find out with Antillean's heart-shaped sharing dessert and cocktail menu with a Valentine’s twist.

❤️ The Albert Arms takes pub grub to the next level. Don’t believe us? Try the Sunday roast and get ready to fall in love, move in and ask it to marry you.

❤️ If you *really* want to relax this Valentine’s Day, roll on down to Scootercaffe for great pastries, even better coffee, and scooter paraphernalia galore. Honk! Honk!

❤️ Looking to spice things up a bit? Grab a drink, settle down by the fire and tuck into The Kings Arms Waterloo's Thai menu. There’s nothing hotter than swollen lips and a running nose, after all.

The past two years have introduced many obstacles for charities, so the announcement that we can return to work is brilliant news. We've launched #WithWaterloo – a new initiative that allows businesses to set up collection boxes, which our cargo bikes will collect and deliver – to help them on their way to recovery. bit.ly/3rATJxv
