Earlier this year I went to Thailand and met The World's Best Female Chef, Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij from Potong Restaurant.
I told her I was on a food adventure and she sent me to this farm up in the mountains of Chiang Mai.
And it wasn’t just any farm! This produce was unreal, they grew ingredients I'd never even heard of 🤯
This is a dream for Thailand's top Michelin chefs who get their produce here.
We're talking tomatoes that taste like sweet fruit and herbs that taste like pineapple! 🍅
