Earlier this year I went to Thailand and met The World's Best Female Chef, Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij from Potong Restaurant.

I told her I was on a food adventure and she sent me to this farm up in the mountains of Chiang Mai.

And it wasn’t just any farm! This produce was unreal, they grew ingredients I'd never even heard of 🤯

This is a dream for Thailand's top Michelin chefs who get their produce here.

We're talking tomatoes that taste like sweet fruit and herbs that taste like pineapple! 🍅

And I got to interview the couple who run the place, Greens Garden Farm

I'm still pinching myself that this actually happened. When a work trip to Thailand got cancelled, I decided to go anyway, on my own on a one way ticket to make my own content on a food travel adventure, and the first person I met was the talented Chef Pam.

- She’s the World’s Best Female Chef 2025
- She holds a Michelin Star
- 3 Knives award
- AND She's been a judge on Top Chef and Iron Chef Thailand.

So yeah, no pressure then! It was an ambitious leap for me, having spent years working behind the scenes and, more importantly, behind the camera. 🎬 I still can't believe I did this without a production team behind me.

This is the official trailer for my new YouTube series, Flavour Adventures in Thailand! I was on a mission to learn about Thai food, finding hidden gems and meeting incredible Michelin-star chefs along the way (seriously, mind blown!). Of course, I had to put my tastebuds to the test and took on a few blind-tasting challenges too!

This year I made the decision to park my TV career and start my journey to becoming a content creator, and today, the first proper video is finally out in the world.

What a ride this year has been! 😅 From filming the first episode of my new series, “The Spill,” with the amazing Chef Mandy Yin (her Malaysian Curry Laksa is next level!), to solo content creation in Thailand, and even working on ITV’s new cooking show ‘The Heat’... it’s been a wild one.

Juggling everything has been a huge learning curve, and I’m sharing all the ups and downs!
